This Delivery Policy outlines how Innovate delivers its web design and development services.

Nature of Services

Innovate provides digital services including website design, website development, strategy and optimisation, and agency solutions. All deliverables are digital in nature and delivered electronically. There are no physical goods or shipping involved.

How We Deliver

All project deliverables are provided digitally via one or more of the following methods:

Project Timeline

Our standard project timeline is 3 to 6 weeks from the point of project commencement, depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Each project follows a structured process:

  1. Discovery (approx. 3 days) — Initial consultation, research, and scoping
  2. Planning (approx. 4 days) — Site architecture, content planning, and technical requirements
  3. Design (approx. 11 days) — Wireframes, visual design, feedback, and approval
  4. Development (approx. 9 days) — Build, integrations, testing, and quality assurance
  5. Launch (approx. 3 days) — Content entry, final checks, training, and go-live

Timelines may vary based on project requirements and will be communicated in your project proposal.

Client Approval

Each stage of the project requires Client approval before moving to the next phase. Deliverables will not be considered final until written approval has been received from the Client.

Delays

Project timelines are dependent on timely Client feedback, content, and approvals. Delays on the Client’s side may extend the delivery timeline. We will communicate any changes to the timeline as they arise.

Post-Launch Support

Following launch, we provide a support period to address any bugs or issues that arise. Ongoing support, updates, and maintenance are available as a separate engagement.
